We obtained planning permission to replace a bungalow with two properties on this generous plot. One home is now occupied with landscaping work to be completed. We are delighted that this house has achieved a SAP rating of 102A – carbon negative. This means the house generates enough energy, in this case through solar panels, to run itself and an electric vehicle. The second home, which SKOVVA has designed and built for the new owners is under construction. Each house was individually designed to be distinct from one another, suiting the varied streetscape in this part of Mylor.
